Garuda's pea powders are made from pre-cooked peas which are pulverized to make a fine pea powder. The pea powders are superior in flavor and function compared to pea flours. We also have specially treated pea powders in which the starch fraction has been pre-gelled. These pre-gelled pea powders function as excellent natural thickeners in instant powdered soups and sauces.
