Product Description: Garuda's Defatted Germ is available in toasted 
		     or untoasted forms. In both forms, the wheat germ has
		     been completely defatted and therefore, it is fully
		     stabilized.Garuda's wheat germ is processed from fresh
		     quality wheat germ. It enhances the cereal flavor in
		     grain based products and is a good source of protein and 
		     dietary fiber.

Defatted Germ #1

Description:	Fresh, quality, wheat germ is defatted using the Garuda
		"cold process" extraction method. This special method 
		retains the natural, nutritional and flavor characteristics
		of the wheat germ. Garuda's Wheat Germ #1 is a granular,
		light tan product with dark speckling. 
		The flavor is reminiscent of natural wheat germ.

Application: Cereals, breads, muffins, biscuits, cakes, cookies, bagels, donuts, granola bars, crackers, toppings.

Defatted Germ #2
Description:	Fresh, quality, wheat germ is defatted using the Garuda
		"cold process" extraction method. This special method 
		retains the natural, nutritional and flavor characteristics
		of the wheat germ. Garuda's Wheat Germ #2 is prepared by 
		toasting defatted wheat germ with corn syrup solids to 
		obtain a rich, medium brown color. This product is
		granular in appearance and processes a toasty mocha-like 
		aroma and flavor. 
Application: Breads, muffins, cakes, cookies, bagels, donuts.
Defatted Germ #3
Description:	Fresh, quality, wheat germ is defatted using the Garuda
		"cold process" extraction method. This special method 
		retains the natural, nutritional and flavor characteristics
		of the wheat germ. Garuda's Wheat Germ #3 is milled
		to a flour-like consistency and is light tan in color. 
		The flavor is reminiscent of natural wheat germ. 

Application: Batter mixes, flour blends (for breads, pastas, crakers, pretzels, etc...), filled for meat products, sauces, seasoning carrier, tablet filler.

Defatted Germ #5
Description:	Fresh, quality, wheat germ is defatted using the Garuda
		"cold process" extraction method. This special method 
		retains the natural, nutritional and flavor characteristics
		of the wheat germ. Garuda's Wheat Germ #5 has been
		processed in particle size and color to simulate various
		granulated spices such as pepper and cinnamon. 
Application: As an extender for spices for baking and breakfast cereal
Defatted Germ #6
Description:	Fresh, quality, wheat germ is defatted using the Garuda
		"cold process" extraction method. This special method 
		retains the natural, nutritional and flavor characteristics
		of the wheat germ. Garuda's Wheat Germ #6 is a toated, fine,
		granular product. This product is milled and sized 100%
		through a USS No. 60 screen, the flavor is reminiscent of
		natural wheat germ.
Application: Cereals, breads, muffins, biscuits, cakes, cookies, bagels, donuts, granola bars, crackers, toppings.

Defatted Germ #8

Description:	Fresh, quality, wheat germ is defatted using the Garuda
		"cold process" extraction method. This special method 
		retains the natural, nutritional and flavor characteristics
		of the wheat germ. Garuda's Wheat Germ #8 is a granular,
		product, toasted to obtain a medium tan color with dark tan speckling. 
		The flavor is toasty, with a mild, lingering, nut-like taste.

Application: Breads, muffins, biscuits, cakes, cookies, bagels, donuts, granola bars, crackers, toppings.

Defatted Germ #9

Description:	Fresh, quality, wheat germ is defatted using the Garuda
		"cold process" extraction method. This special method 
		retains the natural, nutritional and flavor characteristics
		of the wheat germ. Garuda's Wheat Germ #9 is toasted to
		a medium brown color and is milled to a flour-like 
		consistency. The flavor is toasty with a mild, lingering 
		nut-like taste.
Application: Sports nutrution bars, granola bars, toppings.
