Description: 	Vege-Coat Dry Mix is a specially prepared maize protein.
		glaze that can be used to prevent oxidative rancidity in 
		nuts, to coat licorice pieces and candies to prevent
		sticking, and to coat and protect nutritional supplement
		tablets. This is a natural, vegetarian answer to protective, 
		edible coatings.
