Description:		Light brown powder
Technology:		Solid state pure culture process
Substrate:		Organically certified millet, soy and bran.
Treatment:		Substrate sterilized for two hours at 122oC.			
Inoculation:		Aseptically inoculated with pure culture mycelia of 
			Lentinula edodes
Incubation:		Sterile conditions maintained by high efficiency 
			air filtration
Harvest: 		Pre-fruiting body stage
Process:		Air dried at 45oC. ; ground to < 20 mesh.
Final Product:		Pure culture Lentinula edodes mycelia and
			metabolites; food base materials bound and integral
Shelf life:		Twenty-four months
