Toasted Amaranth Flour


DESCRIPTION:   Toasted Amaranth Flour is carefully milled from high quality 
		whole grain amaranth that has been carefully toasted under
		controlled processing conditions.Toasted Amaranth Flour has 
		a pleasant toasted grain flavor that has applications in many
		food products.Toasted Amaranth Flour contains higher levels
		of protein, dietary fiber, lysine, calcium, and iron than the
		common grains. In combination with other grains, Toasted 
		Amaranth Flour has the synergistic effect of raising the overall
		protein quality, dietary fiber and mineral content of foods.

Store in a cool dry location, protected from direct sunlight to maintain a relative shelf life of six months.

Used in bakery products, snacks, cereals, batter and breading and dry mixes
